Privacy Policy

Axiom International Inc collects driver contact information (including mobile phone numbers and email addresses) during our formal carrier onboarding and/or dispatching process. This occurs through the exchange of Rate Confirmations and Carrier Contracts via email.

Process

Drivers submit their business contact details to our dispatch team to receive load assignments. We then verbally confirm their consent on the initial dispatch call: "We will text load details and tracking updates to this number; reply STOP to cancel."

Data security

We do not share or sell sensitive customer information, phone numbers, or SMS consent data to third parties or affiliates. All mobile data is used strictly for internal operational coordination between Axiom employees and contracted drivers.
